When Raj Kumar, the son of their driver, joins their household as an employee, Lipakshi becomes drawn to him. Raj, a talented finance graduate, opts to work for Babloo instead of accepting a job offer in London, proving beneficial for the business. He reciprocates Lipakshi’s interest, all while keeping it a secret from Babloo. Babloo, though indifferent towards Lipakshi, is protective of his family’s reputation and cannot tolerate her infidelities. Despite this, Lipakshi pursues Raj, and their relationship intensifies when Babloo is away. They plan to elope after a passionate night together.
On that same night, Babloo receives incriminating photos of Lipakshi with Gopal, his trusted aide. Summoning Raj, who is about to leave, Babloo reveals his feelings for Raj and shows him the photos. Taken aback, Raj insists Babloo should deal with Gopal while he goes to Lipakshi. As Raj boards a bus to meet Lipakshi, we see her preparing to leave with her bags. Meanwhile, while confronting Gopal, Babloo discovers a video of Raj kissing Lipakshi. The video reveals Raj’s true intentions: he had been planning revenge against Babloo for a past incident where Babloo broke his father’s leg for a car accident.
