Code 8: Part II is a 2024 Canadian superhero science fiction action film directed by Jeff Chan and co-written by Chris Pare, Sheren Lee and Jesse LaVercombe. It is a sequel to the 2019 film Code 8. Robbie Amell and Stephen Amell reprise their roles from the original film as Connor Reid and Garrett Kelton, respectively. Sirena Gramgauss, Altair Vincent, Alex Mallari Jr., Mo Judi-L’Amour, Aaron Abrams and Jean Yuen also star, with Abrams and Mallari reprising their roles from the original film.

Five years after Code 8, LCPD replaced armed humanoid robots with non-lethal K9 companions led by Sgt. Kingston, ensuring safer streets. Connor, fresh out of prison, works as a janitor at a youth center run by Mina to avoid trouble.
Garrett manages a drug empire at Towers, paying powered people for spinal fluid to make Psyke. Pavani and Tarak live in poverty within this community. When Tarak steals from Garrett, corrupt cops get involved, leading to a deadly encounter that Pavani narrowly escapes using her special ability.
Code 8: Part II Movie Review
This movie was incredible. Sequels usually pale in comparison to the original but this one is even better than the first which I loved. The cinematography is wonderful and the special effects are insane. The acting is very good as well. It made me think of quite a few things. I highly recommend this and hope we get a part 3.
