Insidious: The Red Door Movie Story
In 2019, nine years after Josh Lambert’s obsession, his memories of his experiences in The Father have been repressed. He is divorced from his wife, Renai, and his mother, Lorraine, recently died. His relationship with his son, Dalton, has become strained and uncomfortable, and while dropping him off at college, he tries to repair their relationship, resulting in conflict between the two.
In his first art class, Dalton is tasked with drawing a picture of the red door that leads into The Father. Meanwhile, Josh is haunted by the ghost of a man.
Insidious: The Red Door Movie Review
I cried towards the end because I thought there might be a silver lining, but when it came back I thought “Ah… but I’m glad this movie had the same attitude as her”. 1st and 2nd time around but it was good to see the new situation compared to the old one! So 4.5 out of 5 from me. A good conclusion to the Lambert family story, they could have done a bit better but still good.
