KGF: Chapter 2 is a 2022 Indian Kannada action film written and directed by Prashanth Neel and produced by Vijay Kiragandur under his Hombale Films banner. It is the second part of a three-part series and a sequel to the 2018 film KGF: Chapter 1. The film stars Yash, Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon, Srinidhi Shetty, Prakash Raj, Achuth Kumar, Rao Ramesh, Vasishtha N. Sinha, Ayyappa P. Sharma, Archana Jois, Sarang Shakti, Easwari Rao, John Kokken, T. S. Nagabharana and Malavika Avinash.

Rocky kills the heir to the throne, Virat, and takes over the Kolar Gold Mine. He holds Leena hostage to secure the cooperation of Guru Pandian, Andrews, Kamal, and Rajendra Desai. However, when Rocky displays his arrogance and embarrasses Leena, Kamal becomes enraged and threatens to kill Rocky, to which Rocky becomes enraged and shoots Kamal dead on the spot. Rocky then gives orders to start work on the eight hidden mines, while Vanaram, who is held captive by Rocky, decides to help Rocky.
K.G.F: Chapter 2 Review
KGF is full of fast-paced action sequences from start to finish. Dialogues are sharp and effective. Music is average but offset by some incredible background music (some influences from Hames Zimmer’s “The Oil” (Dunkirk) soundtrack). A great movie and the director did a great job of maintaining tension throughout the movie. Beautiful BGM and great acting by everyone. KGF is not just a Sandalwood blockbuster but a world class movie directed by Prashant Neel.
Hats off to Prashant Neel for presenting such a beautiful story as I watched 4 performances on the first day. I will be going with my family on Sunday. It’s a great movie, the cinematography and background music are really amazing. No doubt, this movie will break all records. Once again, Rocky Star has proven to be a box office hit every time. Amazing. A must see movie.
