I was skeptical at first, seemed like a First Blood clone but it was so much more. It comes off as racially motivated and truly pissed me off but it was so much more. It shows how people in power can spin a story based only on what they believe, control the narrative and leave the man gasping for air looking to make it right and not be able to. In essence it was a very cerebral Rambo. Even with the violence he always tried to de-escalate, never used more than needed and always in control. Aaron Pierre was perfect in the role and I’ll be looking for more from him.
