Dulquer Salmaan
Dulquer Salmaan appears as a long-haired bounty hunter in a flashback where Bhairava narrates his life story. Referred to as “Captain,” he took Bhairava in and trained him. A fun training montage reveals their bond, but when given the chance to go to the coveted Complex, the Captain attempts to sell Bhairava for units. Bhairava outsmarts him and strikes a deal to sell the Captain instead.
SS Rajamouli
In a meta moment, director SS Rajamouli makes a cameo as an unnamed bounty hunter racing in a futuristic car to capture Bhairava. Bhairava jokes that if caught, he’ll be stuck for five years. Rajamouli’s character responds that if he catches him next time, he’ll keep him busy for ten years, a nod to the time it took to create the “Baahubali” series.
Vijay Deverakonda
The highlight of the cameos is Vijay Deverakonda’s appearance, playing a crucial role in setting up the film’s mythological narrative. In flashbacks, a de-aged Amitabh Bachchan’s Ashwatthama faces off against Vijay’s Arjun on the battlefield. Dressed in period costume and wielding a bow and arrow, Vijay delivers intense lines, creating a memorable scene.
