Angrezi Medium is a 2020 Indian Hindi-language comedy film directed by Homi Adajania and produced by Maddock Films. It is a standalone sequel to the 2017 film Hindi Medium, and features Irrfan Khan, Radhika Madan, Deepak Dobriyal and Kareena Kapoor Khan in extended cameos. Filming began on 5 April 2019 in Udaipur and was completed in July in London. It was Irrfan’s last film to be released before his death on 29 April 2020.

The film was released in India on 13 March 2020 Plans for a re-release were halted as cinema closures due to the COVID-19 pandemic affected the theatrical release, and the film was made available for digital streaming on Disney+ Hotstar less than a month after its release.

Adarsh ​​introduced the characters of the film: Deepak Dobriyal plays Khan’s brother and Manu Rishi plays her cousin, all of whom run a mithai shop and are rivals in business. Pankaj Tripathi joined the cast as Tony, a travel agent. Jaipur actor Poorvi Jain plays Irrfan’s Rashi. Champak Bansal is a widowed sweet shop owner living in Udaipur, Rajasthan. He and his half-brother Gopi, who runs a rival sweet shop, get along well despite their frequent fights.

Champak’s daughter Tarika has always dreamed of traveling and studying abroad. Although she did not do well in school, Champak strongly supported her dream, and with her hard work she performed well in her final exams and won a scholarship to Truford University in London, which is affiliated with the school.

At the school’s anniversary, Champak notices that the guest of honor is Judge Chedda, who a few days earlier had received a watch as a bribe from Gopi to buy the rights to the name Gasitelam. What a terrific acting from Irrfan khan..he is a true actor and has the capability to make a film moving with his superb and smooth acting skills. Well directed and brilliant acting from deepak dobrial. Deepak has entered his name in the best character actors list. Screenplay is little weak plus length of the movie has been stretch unnecessary should have been within 2 Hours. Story, acting and direction is the best of part of this film. Overall a must watch movie as it has brilliantly written the father daughter relationship and how a father sacrifices his life for his child education and he can do anything for his child betterment.
