Rambabu is a short-tempered mechanic with a kind heart and a tendency to react strongly to social issues he sees in the media. Noticing his passion for justice, Ganga, a camerawoman from NC Channel, offers him a job as a journalist, which he accepts. Meanwhile, Jawahar Naidu, the former Chief Minister (CM) of the state, schemes to overthrow the current government, led by Chandrasekhar Reddy, and reclaim the CM position. Jawahar’s son, Rana “Ranababu” Naidu, a political newcomer, supports his father’s ambitions. Dasaradh Ram, a well-known journalist, gathers evidence of Jawahar Naidu’s scams and crimes and provides it to NC Channel. However, Ranababu brutally murders Dasaradh Ram to protect their secrets. Although it’s widely known that Ranababu is responsible, fear keeps the police and public silent. Rambabu courageously confronts Ranababu and manages to have him arrested. Despite this, Ranababu is released thanks to his political connections, and he taunts Rambabu, challenging him to enter politics and take on the role of CM using the power of the media. This sparks a fierce battle between the two.

To gain political leverage, Ranababu launches a divisive movement opposing non-Telugu people in Andhra Pradesh, which quickly gains traction. He even attacks Rambabu, leaving him severely injured, but Rambabu is rescued by Smitha, a journalist from a rival news channel. After recovering, Rambabu joins Smitha’s channel and cleverly manipulates Ranababu into making controversial statements on live television, weakening his movement. In a bid to win sympathy votes, Ranababu forces his father, Jawahar Naidu, to deliver a final speech, only to murder him afterward. This heinous act is secretly filmed by Ranababu’s driver, who then contacts Rambabu and Smitha to reveal the footage. However, just as the truth is within reach, Smitha betrays Rambabu. She shoots him, steals the video, and strikes a deal with Ranababu, planning to sell the evidence for a large sum of money.

Mani Sharma’s music is decent but doesn’t particularly stand out. The background score, however, is impactful during key moments, enhancing the drama. The cinematography by Shyam K. Naidu is crisp, capturing the intensity of the scenes, especially during the action sequences. The editing is tight, but a few moments could have been trimmed to maintain a smoother flow. The film raises important questions about the media’s responsibility in society and the power of individuals in holding corrupt systems accountable. Rambabu’s character acts as a beacon for the common man who, despite the odds, stands up for justice.
